Ingredients:
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/4 pound small curd cattage cheese, drained
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch white pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and freeze. Serve in squares on salad greens.
