Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Add the pecans and stir until well coated. In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and flour until blended, but do not beat. Stir the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture, but do not beat. Stir in the vanilla extract. Fill muffin tins with batter and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
