Garlic-Honey Pork Tenderloins

Stir together 1/2 a cup of mustard, 1/2 a cup of honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic, salt and 2 teaspoons pepper in a large shallow dish, then add the pork, turning to coat. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Place the pork on a lightly greased rack in an aluminum foil lined roasting pan. Broil 6-inches from the heat source for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 425° and bake for 15 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 more minutes. Stir together the remaining mustard, honey, lemon juice, pepper and mayonnaise. Serve the mixture with the pork.
