Beat the eggs lightly with a fork. Add the remaining cake ingredients and blend with a spoon until combined. Spread the mixture into a greased and floured 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool the cake completely.

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Spread over the cooled cake.
