Gingersnaps
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups flour
