Stir together the teriyaki sauce, orange juice concentrate, sesame oil and garlic. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with the ground pepper. Place in a large heavy-duty sealable plastic bag and pour half ot he teriyaki over the chicken. Set the remaining teriyaki mixture aside. Seal the bag and chill for 8 hours, turning the chicken once or twice. Remove from the marinade, discarding. Place the chicken, breast side up on an aluminum foil lined 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 450° for 40 to 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into a thigh registers 180°. Shield with the foil after 30 minutes of baking. Brush with the reserved teriyaki mixture. Garnish with salad greens and green onion strips if desired.
