Golden Sweet Corn Muffins

In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the corn and toss to coat. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a fork then beat in the milk and butter. Add to the corn mixture and stir just until blended. Fill the greased pan 2/3rds full. Bake in a preheated oven at 400° until it tests clean.
