Green Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

• 1/2-pound Old English Cheese
• 11oz cream cheese
• 1oz onion cheese food
• 1oz garlic cheese food
• 1oz bacon cheese food
• 4oz Roquefort cheese
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/2 cup parsley flakes
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:

Let cheese reach room temperature and then blend them together with an electric mixer at low speed. Gradually blend in the cream and then shape the mixture into a ball inbetween sheets of waxed paper in a small bowl. Chill. Roll in parsley until coated thoroughly and then roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
