Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup milk
- 3 well beaten egg yolks
- 2 well beaten egg whites
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except egg whites and blend together thoroughly. Fold in beaten egg whites and bake in a greased baking dish at 350° for about 40 minutes or until firm.
