Combine the parsley, basil, garlic, vinegar and oil in a heavy sealable plastic bag, then add the pork chops. Cover and seal and chill for 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally. Remove the chops from marinade, discarding the marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done.
