Grill the salmon for 2 to 4 minutes on each side. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and garlic over medium heat until the garlic is golden. Add the capers, lemon juice and wine. Over high heat, bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the sauce for 5 minutes. Stir in the pesto sauce. To serve, arrange linguini on a platter, then place the salmon over the pasta. Spoon the sauce over the top. Garnish with lemon wheels and parsley.
