Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of hot water. Add 1/2 cup cold water, the mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, salt and tabasco and blend well with a rotary beater. Pour into a refrigerator tray and quick chill in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the mold is firm 1-inch from the edge but still soft in the center. Beat until fluffy. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Chill until firm, 30 to 60 minutes. Unmold.
