Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 chicken bouilion cube
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1lb can white shoepeg corn, drained
- 1lb can yellow whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup ham, chopped
- 1 tablespon pimiento, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
- 2oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Heat milk, butter and bouillon cube to scalding. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart baking pan. Blend in the milk mixture and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
