Make a lengthwise cut down the center of each tenderloin to within 1/4-inch of the opposite side and press open. Combine the soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a shallow dish, then add the tenderloins. Cover or seal and chill for 3 hours, turning occasionally. Stir together the brown sugar, honey and oil. Grill the tenderloins, covered, over medium-high heat for 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer in the thickest part reads 160°, turning occasionally and basting with the honey mixture.
