Dredge the pork chops in flour. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over high heat, then add the pork chops and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove the pork chops and drain on paper towels. Stir together the honey with the remaining ingredients and add to the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, covered for 7 minutes. Serve the pork chops with sauce.
