Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons salad mustard
• 1 heaping tablespoon horseradish
• 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

Beat the cream until stiff, then fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill. Serves best with roast beef, corned beef or brisket.
