Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, lemon juice with some salt and pepper. Add the breadcrumbs and set aside. Lightly coat the fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat an ovenproof saucepan over high heat. Place the fillets in the pan skin side up. Sear for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and top each fillet with the horseradish topping. Bake for 10 minutes on each side in a 400° preheated oven or until the inside is opaque and the topping is brown.
