Ingredients:
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 2 packages (3oz ea) cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 to 10 drops tabasco sauce
- 2 cans (6oz ea) crabmeat, drained and without cartilage
- crackers
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the crabmeat and cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Add the crabmeat and heat through. Serve with assorted crackers.
