Ingredients:
- 2 16oz can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 16oz can sliced pears, drained
- 1 16oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 9oz cans unpeeled apricot halves, drained
- 2 tabs butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Arrange drained fruit in 1 1/2 quart round casserole. Combine butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until bubbles around edges.
