Hungarian Coffee Cake

Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then add the lemon zest, juice and pecans. Turn into a wax paper lined 8-inch round baking pan. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
