Bring the broth to a boil in a large saucepan, then stir in the grits. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Cover. Melt the butter in a large skillet, then add the onion, jalapenos, bell pepper and garlic and saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in the grits and remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake, covered at 350° for 45 minutes or until set, then serve immediately.
