Jellied Waldorf Salad

Mix the gelatins together and dissolve in water. Add the cider and chill until thick. Combine the apple, banana and pineapple together and let stand for a few minutes. Combine with the rest of the ingredients, then fold into the gelatin. Pour this into a 1 1/2-quart mold on an 8-inch square pan and let chill until firm. Serve atop of lettuce.
