Ingredients:
- 2 (12oz ea) cartons cream-style cottage cheese
- 4 (3oz) packages cream cheese
- 2 cups green grapes, halved and seeded
- 1 cup pecans, broken
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 envelope gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup cold water and dissolved over hot water
- pistachio nuts
- canned or fresh fruits
Instructions:
Blend the cheeses together until smooth. Add the grapes, pecans and chives. Fold in the softened gelatin and whipped cream. Pour into a 2-quart oiled mold. Chill for 4 to 6 hours. Unmold and sprinkle with pistachio nuts and garnish with canned or fresh fruits.
