Lemon Squares

Melt the better in a 9x13-inch pan. Mix the flour and powdered sugar together, then pour into the pan and stir with butter. Press down firmly and bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Beat together the eggs and lemon juice. Sift together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add the sifted mixture to the egg and lemon jujice. Pour the mixture on top of the baked crust while it is hot. Bake for an additional 25 minutes at 350°. Remove from the oven and sift powdered sugar over the top while it is still hot.
