Lime Orange Catfish

Whisk together the first 8 ingredients, then gradually whisk in the olive oil until well blended. Remove half of the juice mixture and set aside. Place the catfish in a shallow dish or heavy-duty sealable plastic bag, then pour the remaining marinade over the catfish. Cover or seal and chill for 15 minutes, turning once. Remove from the marinade and discard the marinade. Coat the grill rack with cooking spray, then place the catfish on the grill over medium-high heat (350°-400°). Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove to a serving platter, then drizzle with reserved marinade. Garnish if desired.
