Lime Sherbet

Ingredients:

• 1 package lime gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup cream
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
• few grains salt

Instructions:

Put the gelatin in the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Freeze in a refrigerator tray.
