Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- 3/4 cup soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and marinade the brisket overnight. Drain and reserve.
