In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the pork. Cut pork into medallions about 3/4-inch thick and place in a sealed plastic container. Pour marinade over pork, cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Prepare coals for grilling. Place pork on skewers, and pour marinade into skillet. Grill pork over hot coals until cooked through. Boil marinade over medium heat until thick and resembling molasses. Drizzle over pork before serving, or use as a dipping sauce for meat.
