Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (3/4 cup uncooked rice)
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 3 well beaten egg yolks
- 3 well beaten egg whites
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients except the egg whites and blend thoroughly. Fold in the egg whites and bake in a greased dish at 350° for about 40 minutes or until firm.
