Marshmallow Mint Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup tiny marshmallows
• 1 egg white, beaten stiff
• 1 drop oil of peppermint
• green food coloring

Instructions:

For 5 minutes boil the sugar and water. Add the marshmallows and stir well. Pour slowly over the egg white and beat until well blended. Add the peppermint oil and tint with the green food coloring.
