Drain the pineapple and save the syrup (save the pineapple as well). Measure 1/2 cup of the syrup into the top of a double boiler. Mix the eggs, vinegar and flour into the syrup and stir over hot water until thick, then let cool. Beat cream until stiff, then beat in the sugar. Fold this into the cooled egg mixture, then fold in the pineapple and marshmallows. Let chill overnight.
