Ingredients:
- 2 cans spicy refried black beans
- 2 to 3 large avocados, mashed
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 (16oz) package sour cream
- 4 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 to 4 small cans sliced black olives
- 2 to 4 small cans diced green chiles
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- monterey jack cheese, grated
- fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Spread the beans in the bottom of a large platter. Layer the following ingredients in this order: avocado mixed with lemon juice & pico de gallo, sour cream, tomato mixed with chopped onion, sliced olives, chiles, both cheeses mixed together and top with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
