Mix flour and salt in a plastic bag. Add the chicken breast to the bag, close and shake to coat chicken evenly. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning once, for 5 minutes or until chicken is golden and opaque near the center. Remove to a plate and use skillet for sauce.

Add the orange juice, peel, broth, honey and garlic to the skillet. Boil gently for 4 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the parsley and then spoon over the chicken.
