Orange Sunshine

Ingredients:

• 1 cup orange juice
• 4 teaspoons grated orange peel
• 24 marshmellows cut in half
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 2 1/2 oz vanilla wafers
• 1 orange, peeled and sectioned

Instructions:

Combine orange juice and peel in a pan. Heat to boiling and add marshmellows. Stir until marshmellows are dissolved. Take off the heat and cool. Mix sugar and whipped cream and fold mixture into the orange mixture. Chill this combination. Line the bottom and sides of a casserole pan with vanilla wafers and pour chilled mixture on top. Chill thoroughly. Put orange sections on top.
