Oven-Fried Catfish

Sprinkle the fish with salt and place in a heavy duty sealable plastic bag. Add the hot sauce, then seal and chill for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove the fish from the marinade and dredge in cornmeal. Place the fish on a baking sheet and coat with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Broil 3 inches from the heat source for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with tartar sauce.
