Ozark Pudding

Beat egg, sugar and milk together until light and creamy. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add sifted mixture to the cream. Stir well. Fold in the chopped apples and and nuts. Add the vanilla.

Pour in an 9x11-inch hard dish lined with greased paper. Bake in a slow oven at 320° for 30 minutes. Serve with whipping cream.
