On wax paper mix the flour, salt and paprika, then coat the chicken pieces with the mixture. In a 13x9-inch baking dish in a 425° oven, melt the butter or margarine. Remove the baking dish from the oven and arrange the chicken, skin side down, in a single layer in the dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces over and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Place the chicken on a warm large platter. Garnish with the tomatoes and parsley sprigs.
