Ingredients:
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup velveeta cheese, grated
Instructions:
Partially thaw the potoatoes, then mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9x13-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
