Pasta w/ Watercress & Tomatoes

Ingredients:

• 3 cups uncooked tubetti
• 4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
• 4 cups watercress, chopped and trimmed
• 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package directions, omitting the salt and fat. Drain, then place the pasta in a large bowl. Add the tomatoes and remaining ingredients, then toss well to coat. Serve immediately.
