Peanut Butter Pie

Blend together the corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, beaten eggs and peanut butter. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350° and bake for 30 additional minutes. The filling should appear slightly less set in the center than around the edge. Let cool and frost with heavy whipped cream and garnish with peanut brittle.
