Peanut Coconut Mold

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 can condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 can flaked coconut
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients except the ice cream thoroughly. Slightly soften the ice cream. Spoon into a refrigerator tray, spreading each layer with some of the peanut mixture. Cover and freeze until firm.
