Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then add the vinegar, lemon juice, boiling water, sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve the gelatin, sugar and salt. Cool in the refrigerator or set the bowl over ice. When the mixture has the consistency of egg white, add the cabbage, celery, pimientos and radishes. Turn into a 5 cup ring mold rinsed in cold water and chill overnight. Unmold onto a bed of crisp lettuce leaves.
