Pesto Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients:

• 1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
• 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 (9oz ea) packages, fresh angel hair pasta, cooked and kept warm

Instructions:

Process the basil, pine nuts, garlic, cheese and salt in a food processor until a paste forms. While the machine is still running, gradually add the olive oil in a steady stream until evenly blended. Toss with the cooked pasta and serve.
