Brown the beef and onion and drain. Stir in the sauce mix, tomato sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch pan. Top with the cheese slices. Beat the eggs, milk and oil until foamy, then beat in the flour and salt until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter over the meat filling, spreading to cover competely. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cut into squares and serve hot.
