Popovers

Preheat the oven to 375° and grease six 5oz custard cups or six sections of a popover pan. In a small bowl with a mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy. Beat in the milk and melted butter, and then the flour and salt. Pour mixture into the prepared cups.

Bake for 50 minutes and then take a sharp knife and cut a slit in each popover to release steam, then bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from the custard cups and serve immediately with butter and jelly.
