Pork Chopin Potato Bake

Brown the pork chops in a lightly oiled skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then set aside. Combine the soup, sour cream, pepper and salt. Stir in the potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of french fried onions. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange the pork chops over the potato mixture and bake covered at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions, and bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
