Potato Cheese Surprise

Ingredients:

• 2 cups seasoned mashed potatoes
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon onion, minced
• 1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated
• 4 thick slices of tomato
• 3 tablespoons fine bread crumbs
• 1 teaspoon butter, melted
• dash of ac'cent
• dash of salt
• dash of seasoned salt

Instructions:

Mix the potatoes, egg and onion together and shape into 4 balls on a greased baking sheet. Make a hole in the top of each ball and fill with cheese, then cover the hole with a slice of tomato. Blend the rest of the ingredients together and sprinkle on top of the balls. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
