Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled potatoes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup toast, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well and drop on top of stews and cover, cooking for 25 minutes.
