Puffy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Heat the oven to 400°. Grease eight to ten 2-inch muffin pan cups. Mix the flour, sugar, dry milk, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs, oil, melted butter and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture just until blended. Quickly fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan cups, filling to the top. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned or they test done in in the center.
