Quick Fried Chicken

Stir together the flour, paprika and salt in a shallow dish. Whisk together the eggs, milk and lemon juice in a boil. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, then dredge again in the flour mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Pour the oil to a depth of 1/2-inch into an electric skillet and heat to 375°. Fry the chicken in batches for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Reduce the heat to 250°, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until done. Drain on paper towels.
